"So the question is not whether we will be extremists, but what kind of extremists we will be. Will we be extremists for hate or for love? Will we be extremists for the preservation of injustice or for the extension of justice?" - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Consolidate. No requirements. Same benefits. Less waste. Less money. More efficient. Easy processing. No denials. Better care.
Democrats should emphasize the cost savings of universal programs that apply to everyone and consolidate resources.

Example: Medicaid, Medicare and Obamacare all do one thing: provide healthcare. They are separated by having different eligibility requirements and what those people 'deserve.'
In Oregon, our driver's license or state ID is our voter registration. It's cheaper and more efficient than having two separate processes.

Republicans waste a lot of money trying to keep people from things like healthcare and voting. Determining who is deserving and what is fraudulent costs money.
Florida voters: If you got a new driver’s license since July 2024, your voter registration may not match!

Check & update your info to avoid issues with mail-in ballots or petitions. Your vote matters!
Protests that may be hard to do long term but have a huge immediate impact.
A local only protest. Only buy from local-owned businesses for a week.
A social media strike. No posting. No liking. No reposts. Nothing.
Everyone should not buy anything for a day. One day, no money spent on anything. No food, no gas, no bills, no online shopping, no local shopping, no small purchases, no big purchases. I want all spending to stop for a day.

Thou shalt not support a man who bulldozes the White House to build himself a golden ballroom whilst the government is shut down because he doesn’t want the financial records tying him to Jeffrey Epstein to come out.
During the three weeks the Portland ICE facility was closed, ICE was actively making arrests and using the detention hold rooms. ICE activity dropped BEFORE the closure and increased DURING the closure.

How they will fix the problem will be interesting since they went all the way to the supreme court to make DEI unconstitutional.
DEI is a legal liability. Anti-DEI is bad for business. If corporations continue to lose profits because they aren't implementing DEI, they will put pressure on politicians to fix the problem.

Keep boycotting. Make anti-DEI a financial liability.

The Trump regime is going to continue to abuse its power by sending National Guard troops into our streets.

Although the Frog Army of Portland is undoubtedly well-prepared, we highly recommend reading up on how to interact with the Guard as it is different than engaging with ICE.

"No, we don't want a monarchy, we want a theocracy" is a not the flex they think it is.
Chip Roy: "The truth is the marxist, radicals, and Islamists the Democratic Party promoted this weekend, they cannot handle the truth. The truth is that there is a king and that king is Jesus. And the president has been willing to say it, & Charlie Kirk was willing to say it & he got killed for it."

So racist it's a news story in 2025. The administration's nominee to head the Office of Special Counsel.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals today just decided to green-light this stated plan, granting Trump permission now to deploy National Guard troops into Portland.
Part of what's happening now was laid out by Stephen Miller on a podcast with Charlie Kirk in early 2024, then shortly after in an article on Feb 8 from The Atlantic. Trump's court losses only lead to further blurring of the lines between "legal" and overt dictatorial power.

The dissent does an excellent job making the majority look like fools. cst.brightspotcdn.com/d9/44/ff61b3...
It's problematic when you feel that your peers are making "absurd" legal decisions. It points to the chronic problem among conservatives who are rejecting factual evidence. It's not just having a different opinion on events. They believe things that never happened because someone said they did.
Graber says today's opinion "is not only absurd, but ... it erodes core constitutional principles... I strenuously object.
"Also, on September 4, FPS arrested a woman described as “a daily chronic
problem,” who is “very aggressive” and believed to be armed with a Glock. "

You arrested her. Did she or did she not have a Glock on her? I would assume she didn't, otherwise it would have said so.
Wow there is a lot of fiction in here. Are they getting their evidence from right wing podcasters? 12 protesters were beating on a woman? Ah, what?

Scorpio: "They are planning something." This you'll know as you grow weary each night. "Their plan is coming to fruition." You'll understand this. Always by morning you will forget us. We are planning still. The plan has nothing to do with you. Stop knowing about it. We hear you knowing.
