3 Extra Strength Tylenol and 10mg before I left the house. Then 30mg just before the start of the race.

During the race I had another 10mg at Miles 3,6&9

So enough THC & CBD to kill a small mammal but I managed to finish the Half Marathon pain free and set a new PR of 2:07:08

Finally saw a doctor and it appears my disc golfing for this year is done 😢. Tore my bicep tendon where it attaches to my shoulder but not bad enough I’ll need surgery. Time to try throwing lefty 😂 #DiscGolf #DiscSky
