REMINDER: If you are cooking a turkey on Thursday, it should be in your refrigerator already. If it's not, put it there RIGHT now.
Depending on the size, it can take 2-3 days to thaw properly. If it's not fully thawed by tomorrow night, we'll talk about it. But for now, into the refrigerator.
