Questions about my beloved dragon age but the only thing my brain would allow me to think about was why did they choose that imagery was it on purpose.
So I asked.....
I no longer remember the answer (lol) but I remember the relief of asking to finally exorcise that demon

It powerfully bothered me. Them Klansmen and Anders both blew up a church for different reasons but at least to achieve the same goal of terror. And I've just kinda not engaged with the game since. But one day at gdc I remember standing in front of Weekes shaking bc I wanted to ask him so so so many

The story reminds me of how I've *always* hated the DA2 fandoms unproblematic king Anders bc he *blew up a church*. most of the girlies was like "you go boy" meanwhile that imagery predictably sat way different with my black ass who has a mother that is the same age those 4 little girls would be

#lrp chris talking about how after years of it bothering him he decided to talk to Edmund and ask the personal burning question is a really neat function of how journalism can help you work out your own issues.

I blogged about why I avoided Binding of Isaac because of its depiction of cleft lips and other birth defects, and how a recent conversation with its creator changed my mind.

B's relationship with herself, literally, was such a powerful part of B1 and B2, and then her part sisterly part romantic relationship with the witches was another. Luca was a fun but distant third!
B3 focusing on that felt like, oh, Kamiya and I don't see eye to eye after all.

I've never recovered from the ending of Bayonetta 3 and I never will and this was why. I have long consigned this game to my heart betrayal vault next to Sonic Frontiers.

Genndy makes one (1) show
It just comes with different toppings

Did SSM say something about changing the story? Because this assumes the remakes are gonna fiddle with the narrative and that doesn't seem supported by any info on out there right now.

Primal is an incredible show because itll make you have emotions about a grasshopper without a single uttered line of dialogue.

Including disabled people in our utopian futures pushes back against a eugenicist ideal.
I have a friend who said, of Starfleet Academy, that this took them out of it - that seeing a person in a wheelchair in the 32nd century seemed unrealistic, since medicine in Star Trek "should be able to cure whatever was wrong with them."

That's not the case, for any number of possible reasons.
