The Eye Booger Police.

Panel two: I kick in the door. I am wearing a cop suit. I Say "Freeze, asshole."
Panel three: My hands close in on Eensy Weensy as she tries to run away. She says, "It's the eye booger police."
Panel four. We both crash through a window and fall at least two stories, surrounded by shards of glass. Eensy Weensy says, "You'll never get my eye boogers!"
