On|Off is a disaster in rural areas. The power regularly goes out here and if amber have switched my system Off the protected circuits don’t come back on when power is restored. Happened when I was away on holiday. Lost everything in the fridge/freezer and had no water (house pump) when I got home.

Yeah. Nah. They offer two options. On|Off curtailment or Load Managed curtailment.
They have me on On|Off and won’t let me switch. When I’m on battery, their “optimisation” has me drawing double from the grid than from the battery. Between now and May, I should never use grid power.

Go you.
I’m currently at war with Amber who keep turning off my solar forcing me to buy from the grid. Might have to ditch them until winter.
I recommend changing provider every three months.
