I’m extremely disappointed with Bernie on this one.

Cooper has a good post that mostly matches where I’m at mentally on this. Making me really think about some of the critiques levied against Bernie over the years.

One of the things that I’ve been forced to face and take the loss on is that all of the people who critiqued Bernie for his dismissive stances on identity politics were largely correct. This is a very bad response from a guy who should know better.

I’m coming down on this side as well.

1.5 miles in 14 minutes is a likely barrier for a lot of people.

During soccer in high school I was only doing sub 7-minute miles. The fastest I’d ever run one mile was just under six.

I skipped soccer this year, so at 40, 1.5 in 14 would be a stretch.
