And, like, I'd be all for scattering urgent cares with crash carts and helipads around the countryside, to bring down the time delay to effective care, but not instead of proper hospitals with specialists.

Also: considering that the on-board fan maintains positive pressure to keep it inflated, I *think* that if I taped on a piece of N95 material over/around the intake, it would be as good as masking up... which I don't always do *outside*, but I do when I'm in anything like a protest sized group.

What if we unclog the system by not making every 89¢ Temu knicknack go through it? Since the taxes on those are less than a human gets paid to process it, it'd actually be fiscally conservative.

It is not swelling up or falling off or doing tingly nerve fuckery (the numb spot is old, fom The Wreck in '01).
