Breaking: Oxfam America is joining the lawsuit to block the Trump administration's assault on humanitarian aid.

The attack on foreign assistance and USAID is an illegal and unconstitutional action that exacerbates existing humanitarian crises and will have life or death consequences for millions.

These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.
