big fan of meatball soups for weeknight dinners, especially now that we've discovered costco meatballs. when they have the parmesan ones we do fake italian wedding soup. meatballs, mirepoix, broth, chard, orzo, herbs if they're around. finish with a drizzle of Good Olive Oil and a squeeze of lemon

pulled a jar of this out of the freezer last night and "thai-inspired" chicken meatball soup with it. costco pineapple teriyaki meatballs; garlic, young ginger, lemongrass, jalapeno, and rainbow chard from the farm box; broth, coconut milk, lime juice; over rice. 👌👌👌

fred meyer rotisserie chicken for dinner last night, with roasted vegetables and homemade chimichurri. as soon as I was done carving I put the carcass & juices into the slow cooker w water and peppercorns and let it go overnight. 8 cups of liquid gold ready to go this morning. innovating

most of the time store brand is just as good but there are a few things where it really isn't. a lot of it is cleaning stuff, too. dish detergent, dish soap (dawn >>>), sponges (scotch brite >>>)
