I currently do stuff under the alias Common Ground but it's a temporary name cause I couldn't come up with anything better at the time and I'm not particularly attached to it myself. I was also considering 'Gauge' after the Rodan song. Couple of these are song references. If people have suggestions or preferences I'm open to them

As someone who loves hardcore, yeah 💀 honestly punk in general can be very reactionary depending on the scene. Lotta moral posturing and beef between bands that could be solved in a Denny's parking lot rather than online call out posts

And for as many people as I see saying we shouldn't boil down what predator means plenty of them also use "sex pest" for whatever reason

I keep seeing other queer people label others as sex pests, and sex pest is vague and negative enough that no one questions what it means. For all I know sex pest could refer to a trans woman just existing in public to an actual child predator. It's a smokescreen of a word, quit using it.

There's easier ways of telling if someone is actually a bad person than based on what they draw WE HAVE BEEN OVER THIS.

You're not morally superior to others simply because you draw fictional uniforms instead of real ones. We are all freaks in the eyes of the enemy let's not pretend otherwise.

Some people actually DO benefit and use social media to build communities/ safe circles they can't physically have IRL because, not many things have actually changed in the physical world (artists can still be bigoted and not a safe space too). Not all neighbors want to be communal with you too. 💀
