I'm not very good at playing magic the gathering, i'm mildly obsessed with Philadelphia sports (sometimes). I'm a Gen Xer who read the book (did you know there's a book?) and a PhD drop out. Neurodivergent, i like to converse, ask me something.

While there are legit concern/complaints the community can have with Universe Beyond, I be honest, if you primary shtick with it is just rehashing the slop rhetoric and just trying to rain on others people joy....I am just going to ignore you to be blunt.

the show was so bad though. top to bottom. nothing the same save for names. cast too old. not enough levity or darkness. and needed arcs. show would kick ass today on some long form network like netflix or something. each book a season

The first two books i ever owned were the dark is rising and a winkle in time...my sister and i were close in age and shared a lot of books so i read a lot of beverly cleary, lots of judy blume, and david eddings wrote some rather strong women as well...and paula danzinger was awesome

see that's the problem, all these court rulings, they just ignore them, as someone who works at a company vastly impacted by this tariff buillshit i'm wondering why the 'they're illegal' ruling did nothing.

One thing that freaked me out movie wise once was coming upon this film while i was channel surfing and realizing that it was the inspiration for reservoir dogs, so obviously, and at the time i hadn't known that reservoir dogs wasn't even close to an original story

i'm sure they're making a nice unreported dontation to the trump slush fun that's being amassed during this administration. Qatar, Saudi Arabia, all the crap going on with both of them just in general is so frustrating (no ones talking about the netflix tennis thing which is as bad as the comedy)

our orthodontist growing up was a friend of my mother's from medical school...he too had the exact thing happen to him, he would put the insturments on women's chests and behave inappropriately
