I’m on my way to Amiga40 🥳

I finished 3 new Amiga costumes on time. There wasn’t enough time to take pictures of the finished cosplays, so the final look of The Machine will be a surprise to everyone, including myself.

Here’s hoping for a cool, fun event!

Compare this post with my previous one: many similitudes between this C64 model C released in 1986 and the Amiga 500 released in 1987, both running Arkanoid also released at the same time. Level 5 is a wink to Space Invaders... which was already retro by this time! Pure Nostalgia

So, I'm really not sure on this one. I think this goes on my list of "better on the Speccy #48k than on the #C64"! Don't get me wrong, it is a okay game, lovely sprites, but it just feels pretty empty. I know people moan about Golden Axe only having 2 enemies, but...
A Dude with heavy elements of TOP OFF BOYO, wearing spiked leather wrists and belt and a pair of Bruce Lee loafers has a right old grimace on his gob as he is flying kicking the TV screen, which has shattered. C64 loading screen for Target Renegade.

Made in the new Quarter Char HiRes (QCH) mode for the C64.

QCH works like HiRes, but in 4x4 pieces, and taking into account the FLI bug.
