First of all, this is definitely a lie.

Second of all, it’s the stupidest lie ever when you are trying to get a bunch of untrained, masked cowards to sign up to be ICE goons. Cowards are generally not receptive to the idea that Mexican cartels will be gunning for them.

She's seeking to get her case thrown out before it goes to trial this week.
