I can't even get confirmation of whether I qualify for pension credit or notification of how much I'll get until after my birthday. Being an old person I remember when you just got a book to take to the post office when you reached pension age. Aren't things meant to have got easier?

Later this month I start to get my pension. For unfathomable reasons I won't get full pension so will have to claim pension credit. I've asked about continuation of my housing and council tax benefit and apparently no one can tell me until after my pension is paid! So how can I pay my rent?!

Thank you. I preferred it before the neighbour behind pulled the fence down. I had a lot more privacy and the creeper looked so lovely in autumn. She pulled it down because she hates the creeper 😢
