rude of you not to take me tbqh
one of those things you learn living in Texas that is hard to explain to others: bbq does not need to be exciting or fancy, it just needs to be good. this is why most bbq in Portland is not great, they try to fancy it up too much
wondering why I’m going to lengths to change my PCP then remembering every time my PCP has written down “roommate” instead of “partner” or “boyfriend” in case notes
we finally caught up to the latest season of RHOBH and dorit smoking is sending me. amazing

thanksgiving is coming up, this is a wake up call to find your local food bank and ask them how you can help - don’t assume they just need non-perishables. also, churches may need donations
I want more people to care that SNAP benefits are being cut off on November 1. 40% of SNAP beneficiaries are children. This is callous and vile.
I’m so sorry. That’s really hard and I can’t imagine what you’re going through at the moment. Sending all the hugs 🫂
glad you’re home safe!
Eddie is mostly chill when we are away, requires a couple feedings and you can let him out the front/back most of the time since he hates being in the rain.
if anyone in the PDX area knows a dog sitter they trust or would like to dog sit/house sit for us when we’re on vacation later (comp provided and we are in a good neighborhood), dm me (or text me if you have my number)
I thought you meant Popeyes the restaurant and I was like “wait for me”
I’m just stressed about money and this isn’t helping
it’s always the golden doodle owners
really a small problem given everything else going on, i know, i have the perspective. It’s still just demoralizing that people can’t even be this level of decent anymore and not let their pets destroy property. Seems like a small way to be a neighbor in this dark time
i really do not want to become the “smile you’re on camera” sign guy but like a quarter of the front yard is dug up by this mutt. I can’t just sit outside all day and watch and catch someone in the act of letting their dog do this. It’s frustrating and I feel like i have no recourse
lady letting her dog tear up the yard apparently really let it go in the time it took to run my bf’s parents to the airport and come back. why is our house/yard such a magnet for bullshit that I have to pay for
such a wild read
EXCLUSIVE: One Saturday afternoon in October, my phone lit up with a notification.

I glanced down at the message.

“Anna, Lindsey Halligan here,” it began.

So began my text exchange with the woman who is prosecuting the president's perceived political enemies.

you don't understand. as someone who isn't inherently good at art, stealing paintings from the museum is the *only* way i'm able to express myself creatively. i wouldn't be able to paint beautiful portraits. but by breaking into a museum and stealing the paintings, now i am
I know that MS, Sony, and Nintendo are pushing digital so hard that maybe it doesn’t matter anymore but still, a boy can dream
they should invent a way for local game stores to sell new video games. Kinda sucks that your options are Amazon, retail giants, and GameStop
one of my top 5 picture takers for sure
blaming Subaru marketing for making me even consider doing any light off roading in a car, something I would never consider before lol

This averages out at a violation roughly every four hours, around the clock, continuously since 10 October. At what point do we stop calling it a ceasefire when Israel has just literally not ceased firing
