If you haven’t seen “1670” on Netflix, give it a crack. Very amusing, fantastic setting, great costumes and terrific acting. Yes, it’s dubbed (over Polish) but done well and worth it.

Look if he gets a Nobel because he bullied his way into getting one, then every living Nobel Laureate should hand theirs back because it will, put simply, taint any value of such an award.

Just want to say I had a win today, and I really needed one.

AEG has decided to refund the cost of the induction stovetop I bought some time ago. It was not behaving as it should despite 2 technician visits and 1 saying it was working fine. My letter to Choice seemed to make the difference.

I’m out of CBR now. I spent quite a bit of time in the cultural zone and it’s not like I could pop around the corner to the local Indian or whatever. That whole area is designed differently, I guess, not like the burbs or maybe the city. But I’ll remember this for next time. Thank you! 👍🏻

It took me years to figure out that every spring I was surprised by how damn windy it was. Every year! So, eventually I realised that Melbs is usually windy in the spring time.

I mean, I grew up here and don’t remember it like that, but maybe as a kid I didn’t notice.
