He spoke out about his diagnosis in March, and nothing about him getting fired was said until after he started flooding his Twitter with these anti-vaxx conspiracy posts.
I'll take any excuse to dunk on WB, but this doesn't add up. He got fired because of this and is trying to change the narrative.

Greg Cipes, the voice of Beast Boy in ‘Teen Titans Go!’ reveals he was fired by Warner Bros on Valentine’s Day after he publicly posted about his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis.

He says he has been discriminated against and could possibly be replaced for the new season.
