Segunda feira, 2025.

La ciudad empieza a despertar, y yo me dispongo a seguir la dirección de la gente con la firme intención de desayunar. No hay un solo bar abierto, pero me encuentro con el mercado municipal, que recién abre sus puertas y en cuyo interior hay una pastelería (2)
Recién levantado y sin café me tiro a la calle. Una persona vestida de colores azules se dirige con paso decidido hacia la playa por una callejuela empedrada y con las fachadas decoradas en azul y blanco. Al verlo todo cerrado, decido cambiar de dirección hacia donde se dirige el tráfico rodado. Esta va en blanco y negro, que la luz no era muy buena. Todos los coches y furgonetas de reparto llevan la misma dirección: el mercado municipal. El interior aún permanece en penumbra, pues el sol aún no alcanza los tragaluces del tejado. Ya empieza a verse gente haciendo deporte, los más madrugadores. También andan por la calle mujeres con carros y canastos, saludándose entre ellas con un acento que, en esos momentos, me suena exótico y cantarín. El café es "de cazador" y la nata (así se llama ese pastelito) aceptable. Me los sirve una señora muy solícita y sonriente y, quizá por eso, me saben a gloria. De fondo, el mercado enciende sus luces y comienza la actividad: los mercaderes montan sus puestos con parsimonia, eligiendo el género e intercambiando saludos, cuyos ecos resuenan por toda la nave central del mercado. Barriga llena, corazón contento. ¡Ahora sí son buenos días!
