Trump hosted a dinner last week for White House ballroom donors.

Then he went to Mar-a-Lago for a $1 million-per-person dinner benefiting his super PAC.

Last night, he treated big GOP donors to dinner on his new White House patio.

The government has been shut down for 22 days.

I’m not a New Yorker, but rooting for you. Might be beneficial to hire Supply Chain Management professionals and Continuous Improvement experts to see how they can help in the education space. So much waste to be removed, if done right with real data to support decisions.

And also stop spending millions on Ed Tech contracts & dangerous AI products that have no evidence of helping kids learn and waste tons of time and money 💚

This week people across CT will be receiving notices on how much their health insurance premiums will increase next year.

I want to hear from you, please visit delauro.house.gov to tell me your story.

CT families are scared. The stories are devastating– a single father concerned about his twins with autism losing their care & many worried they can't keep up with the cost of their medication.

Medicaid is more than just health care & I’m fighting to save it.

It would cost roughly $700 million to make the nation's slowest buses fast and free.

And it would generate more than double that in economic benefits for our city.
Hey if people are saying do a federal tax strike why not just do a health insurance strike(assuming its not necessary for survival) and watch them all panic.

Health insurance costs jumped for workers & employers in 2025.

This will get worse if the GOP refuses to extend ACA subsidies.

Meanwhile, the seven largest health insurance companies made a combined $71B in profits in 2024.

Still not sure we need Medicare for All?

"The Trump regime is selectively starving Democratic jurisdictions of federal funds, even as their residents continue to pay billions in federal taxes, with blue states accounting for over 60% of the federal government’s revenue. We are being compelled to subsidize our own political subjugation."

The people of Arizona’s 7th district should have a refund on any federal taxes accrued from 9/23 until Grijalva gets sworn in. You know, the whole taxation without representation thing?

Then of course, DC would enter the chat.

Hey quick question why do I pay federal taxes
NEW: White House announces it's going to pause, and potentially cancel, $11 billion in infrastructure funding (via the Army Corps of Engineers), specifically citing cities, like New York, represented or led by Democrats. More to come.

We have just over two weeks to pass Prop 50. And when we do, it will send a message of hope across the country, that change is possible if we do the work.

So, let’s get to it. linktr.ee/cadem

Anyone of any gender should have access to hormone therapy, but to opine that HRT is cool and based for cis people to improve their sex lives while in the same breath demonizing transgender people for supposedly being sick sex-freaks is fucking infuriating.
when trans people take HRT to feel normal: “look at these depraved sex freaks performing their sick fetish in public, we should bully them out of existence”

when cis ppl take HRT so they can fuck real good:

The idea that a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural nation of 300 million only gets two choices in leadership is irrational and anti-democratic. It’s a implicit way to depress participation in democracy.
This isn’t specific to our current moment but one completely irrational thing that Americans are forced to do is to go “well he won 53% of the 50% of people who voted so clearly 100% of people demanded this” and I mean what the fuck, how the fuck does that make sense
I think many people of various ideological persuasions are missing how much the ground has shifted against Trump in the realm of public opinion in the last 9 months. Mostly because they’ve bought into the manufactured media narrative that Trump won a “mandate”—which wasn’t true.
