As weird as this may seem, many in the Einsatzgruppen in Nazi Germany had higher level degrees (Masters and PhDs). Yeah, I know. It doesn’t fit the mental image. But that is what made them so bad.
That ICE are all high school dropouts explains their cruelty and ineptitude.
