I feel like that's imposter Moravian Sugar Cake. I grew up near Winston Salem, NC and this Old Salem recipe was fantastic. You can even use instant potatoes and never tell the difference!

When I was single and living in a different state, I talked to my parents multiple times a week driving home from work.
