one of my favorite local pals usually goes in and gets his breakfast right before Thistle's morning walk, and he always shares his chips with her lol. she knows where he sits and rushes to find him. i love to live here and i love community care

there's a cafe in my neighborhood that is worker-owned and offers community meals that customers can donate towards. people can come in for a free meal and drink no questions asked. it's a great and simple idea, and also a reminder that a great deal can be done with just a little organizing

The phrase "the market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent" is no longer true, because of the incredible rate at which this nonsense is burning money.

The correction is already upon us, it's just not evenly distributed.

ive said this before, but the dissonance of marketing AI as an absolute source of unlimited intelligence (the implication being some sort of factuality or neutrality), while a few very wealthy humans manually carve it to say the things they want, should be ringing alarm bells for everyone
