The White House messaging this evening is pretty uniformly "yes, Trump is a king." And tomorrow we'll be told "can't you take a joke?" but it is not a joke, and this is the first phase of getting Republicans to accept it. "King Trump" will poll well with a majority of Republicans within weeks.
