They want it formally dead, but NATO is already functionally dead as a geopolitical reality. Even if he backs down (wouldn't bet on it), there's no going back from sending European capitals into a spiraling panic that the US is seriously about to invade one of them. You can't unring that bell.

Same. I extremely do not trust this vendor. There is zero chance that they continue to present themselves as being in the parking business. They’re gonna pivot to AI to pump up their valuation and then crash spectacularly.

They’re proud of their impunity and capacity to kill witnesses. They see the killing of Renee Good not as a murder but as a righteous act meant to terrorize others into submission.

The agent responds, "Have you all not learned from the past couple of days?"

"Learned what?" she asks

I have been as impressed by the normal people of this country as I have been disgusted by elite institutions and every bit of optimism I have that we are going to make it comes from that
It's incredibly demoralizing to constantly see the highest institutions of government and academia and the most important and widely seen news outlets knuckle under one after another, but then to see the gulf between that and the bravery of communities and neighbors and teachers - that's something

I ordered a few things from Outpost.com in a prior millennium, and they used those packing peanuts. It was easy to get rid of them—just dump them in the toilet, wait for them to dissolve, and flush.

That worked great until they switched away from the starch peanuts, which I learned the hard way.

I'm not going to trouble you with a screenshot, but Trump claims that the U.S. is the only country in the world that allows voting by mail. In fact, voting by mail is practiced in 32 countries, to varying degrees, including in India, Canada, Japan, England, and France. www.idea.int/data-tools/t...
