I am so sick of living in a world where certain groups insist art & culture be re-oriented to serve their tastes and whims when their own pitiful inability or unwillingness to critically engage with and contemplate creativity clearly demonstrate that art & culture are too good for them.

And it's getting worse. I walked across the city today and a guy in a van was leaning out of it to film an old asian guy driving his car who was obviously super uncomfortable. He's probably marked for the kill list now. The tabloid muckraking tactics are bleeding out to comsume everyone.

There was a reform uk stall on our local high street today, and while it was relatively small they had a guy whose job it is to film interactions between them and locals, which feels both new and also incredibly desperate for attention

This is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT my experience of games for kids, it’s insane you can’t pay to have an ad free copy.

Also the ads are *insanely* mistargeted, my kids frequently getting ads for audible for example.

As a parent with a kid who’s starting to play games on the iPad, I’m so pissed at the predatory state of kid’s games.

1. I pay $7 to remove all ads from this game. Yet catch my kid watching ads - even after paying they are offered to watch for in-game rewards. WTH
