US universities should welcome talent from all over the world, no doubt. But now might be a good time for law and business schools to stop running full pay masters programs to prop up their money losing JD and MBA programs. Just too fragile and rankings not worth it.

Dear Members of the HLS Community,
I write today to join President Alan Garber in condemning the federal_government's unlawful and unwarranted decision to revoke Harvard's certification under the Student and Exchange Visitor Program. This action senselessly inflicts harm on thousands of international students and scholars working and studying across the University, and on Harvard and higher education throughout the United States. In response, the University has filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and a request for a temporary restraining order.
Harvard Law School is an international law school, as it has been for more than a century. Generations of J.D., LL.M., and S.J.D. students, hailing from countries around the world, have come to live and learn on our campus, enhancing our community in innumerable ways. Our international students, present and past, are our colleagues and friends, classmates and graduates, teachers and scholars; we would not be the same without them.
Because this government action is unprecedented, it raises many questions. We are working diligently with the University and others to provide answers. In the meantime, please know that Harvard Law School stands with our international students and scholars, and that we will do all that we can to support them.

ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S
MOTION FOR A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
For purposes of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(b), the President and Fellows of
Harvard College ("Plaintiff") has made a sufficient showing that it has provided notice to
Defendants Department of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, Immigration and Customs
Enforcement, Todd Lyons, Department of Justice, Pamela Bondi, Student and Exchange Visitor
Program, Jim Hicks, Department of State, and Marco Rubio (collectively, "Defendants") and that, unless its Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO"), [ECF No. 4 (the "Motion")],
