It's not even "without video games". Why wouldn't you just buy fewer games or different (cheaper) games instead? There's still an ocean of entertainment out there at any price.

Maybe I've just internalized that lawyers will use any possible argument to win, but this just sounds like they're hoping someone said something they can spin to look like he was going to commit suicide no matter what. Guestbook names give them more people to interview for the fishing expedition.

As a small child, I was told my dad died of a heart attack. When I was older, my mom told me he actually died from huffing CO2, which I thought was a strange choice and maybe she'd gotten it confused with N2O.

Have you read Warren Ellis's Black Summer? Opens with a superhero deciding Bush is morally responsible for all the Iraq war deaths and executing him on live TV. I just think more comics should grapple with what a hero does when the government itself behaves criminally.
