My first arancini, its risotto but the texture is like polenta, meets scrambled eggs, meets cornbread and the filling is a lot like a hot pocket but with peas. It was fine just not for me and was just okay with marinara 3/5.

A breaded deep fried ball of risotto with a beef, cheese and peas filling.

Dudley with his doppelganger
