I cannot get too deep into specifics, but there are men dealing with some very heavy medical issues, and it can be tied back to playing high-level sports and the injuries they suffered. That isn't living. That is sad to me.

I cannot get too deep into this, but I have experience with retired professional athletes from all the major leagues. You would be disgusted by the amount of meds they have access to. It has gotten better, but there are way too many retired players with internal conditions from those drugs.
