Also, lots of people read this as: "Even my shittiest attempt got me an A."
And that says more about a crappy, inequitable system than any cleverness on my part.
So I stopped telling those stories.

The thing going around about "I made up 80% of my paper and wrote it in a few hours" doesn't sit right with me.
I did that stuff too. A lot. And I hate that I did because I didn't know how to be a student and I was also working as many hours as I could. I hate that I have a degree that feels hollow.
