I don't like to burst bubbles, but this is from the Mar 1938 issue of WEIRD TALES, and was in a letter from Gertrude Hemken (1912-1992). Who was not a teenage girl, but one of the prolific letter-writers in WEIRD TALES during its initial run (1923-1954).

Let's go to Nurgle City where the fever runs hot and the rot has tiddies.
A picture of OP's character Etila Treeborn for Warhammer Fantasy/the Old World, a Nurgle gardener. She is a thickly built woman with pallid grey-purple-greenish skin and long braided hair made up of bleached white tree roots. She us wearing a conical metal helmet fitted with a face visor as well as a leather shoulder thingie and gloves, but all of it is covered in fluffy blue mold, clusters of tiny mushrooms, larger shelf fungi, slime mold and other bullshit. She is showing as much underboob as physically possible without any nipples technically being visible.
