Here’s how I make Cana butter. So many of you want to know so here it goes! #canabutter

Use 7 grams of flower and grind well. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 240 degrees for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes the flowers are darker. Pour into a pan with 1 cup water and a melted stick of butter. Do not boil. Simmer.

Water and a stick of butter. Melt the butter slowly before adding the baked flowers.

This is what it looks like after 6 hours. Give it a stir every so often.

Wow! So amazing. I lived in Windsor all my life until we moved to the shoreline. I never went to the Twain house yet lived so close. Ironically we lived on street named after his farm.

I’ve spent so much time with a flock of Steller’s Jays over the last six years. I’m very close with one member of the flock who’s befriended me & lately two more have been interacting with me. The idea of these parrots missing their flocks & wanting communication with birds put tears in my eyes.
