That’s a pretty effective scene because weirdly the audience wasn’t to see them “get the kill” too. The writer said he wrote that book to try and understand the part of him that desperately wanted to kill which he felt very distract from after the war.

I told a racist on twitter once that worrying about white people being replaced is a luxury fear (hence why billionaires latched onto it) because there is such an absurd majority of white people it’s never anything you’ll have to worry about and he said “when will it be okay to start worrying?”

They’re longtime very true believers. There was a story around 2012 about how they had Fox News playing on monitors at the Stanford Connecticut headquarters and Vince McMahon and top execs close to him were like genuinely shocked when Romney lost iirc.
