We've gotten into buffalo cauliflower bites as a surprisingly satisfactory substitute over the past year. Birdseye makes some that are OK, but the hot ticket is when Aldi has their own cheap version during football season. The frequency with which we would eat wings would kill us, so veggies it is.

Food banks are a great example here. Any money you give them is going to go a lot further than it will with you buying items and donating them on your own, because they can buy in bulk with pooled donations
