Netanyahu wouldn't have accepted this deal from Trump 9 months ago, and in all likelihood won't abide by it now, either. His political future is incompatible with peace. And, yes, Biden's failure to recognize this reality was infuriating.

how else do we understand cartoon
Far Side cartoon of a guy standing in his front yard with a dripping paint brush in hand, having painted labels on everything in sight: the door, the house, the dog, the cat, shirt, pants, the tree, garbage can

"Their evidence of Israel’s crimes is literally footage of the crimes committed against us."

Totally, bruv. All the literal footage of Israel committing war crimes has been debunked by this literal photo. Well done!

'We need to stop the clown show', said the clown on the clown show.

Yes. All the discourse here was about Klein moving 'the line', and how his privilege affords it. But I found it jarring that Coates pushed back hard (twice) against the deplorable label. I wish they'd dug in a bit more on that.

I didn't get Coates' repeated recoiling from the word "deplorable", first with respect to 2016 Clinton, and again when Klein used it. Like, 'some people are over the line, but don't you dare call them that'. Maybe I need to listen again.

Sounds like just another iteration of the same game Netanyahu has played with both of them. His political future requires the war to continue.

Chris Murphy and I also discussed the need for more Democrats to say loudly and clearly, right now, that many Trump accomplices may be carrying out illegal orders, and if so they should prepare to face consequences later.

Murphy offers a good way to do this here. 6/

Odd choice not to include his name (Robert Morris) in the headline that everyone sees here.

Writers missed the moment on this one.

A sneering midwit with inherited wealth got the facts wrong, and accused an honest public servant—Lisa Cook—of fraud. His meddling created a crisis well beyond his portfolio, undermining the Fed.

Bill Pulte can do the right thing and resign.

If merit still matters, he should be fired.

You're doing quotation marks wrong. There's plenty to criticize here, but misquoting him isn't it.

Especially jarring given the role of the Anti-Christ in their End Times fetish.

Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Firms, all different but similar. The owners of these have consolidated around Trump, despite his threats, because they're business models are broken. They relied on low interest rates and infinite growth.

So sick of this Orwellian nonsense. Everyone knows that "objective and free from top-down ideological bias" means "biased towards maga views and against anything we suddenly declare is 'woke'"

defacing the manhole cover and the other signs is allowed or they'd have more signs for that
Far Side cartoon where the subject has just finished painting labels on everything in the frame, e.g. "the house", "the dog", "the tree", etc.
