Saksa asettui vastustamaan Tanskan ajamaa lakia. EU-puheenjohtajamaa Tanska voi vielä yrittää saada aikaan kompromissia.

Värväysyrityksiä tehdään Suomessakin. Varsinkin jos on vähänkin merkittävämmässä asemassa tai nousujohteisessa uraputkessa, kannattaa olla varovainen.

Ehkä vähän ennenaikaista valittaa, kun tuossa palkittiin vuoteen 2024 saakka tehdyistä teoista. Jos Trump neuvottelee/painostaa pysyvän rauhan Gazaan ja vielä ehkä Ukrainaankin, hän voi olla vuoden kuluttua vahvoilla, olipa hänestä muuten mitä mieltä tahansa.

Mutta vaihtotasehan on ollut alijäämäinen viimeksi kuluneet 15 vuotta? (Paitsi korona-aikana se kävi vähän aikaa positivisena.) Nyt se on noussut jälleen ylijäämäiseksi 2024-2025 kuluessa. Sen mittarin perusteella näyttäisi, että rahoitusvakaudesta on oltu huolissaan ihan aiheellisesti.

Tuo ehdotettu malli muistuttaa Ruotsin tapaa toimia, jolloin ennen vaaleja puolueet sopivat tavoitteesta yhdessä ja kertovat, millä tavalla he aikovat päästä tavoitteeseen. Kaavaillut kiinteät rajat eivät välttämättä ole järkeviä, mutta on tuo mennyt jo parempaan suuntaan.

I live in one of those countries and giving people homes does indeed solve the problem better long term. Granted, their problems are often complex and multi-faceted, and not everyone can hold onto a home on first attempt without support, but most begin to improve their lives with that.

Teknisesti ottaen Espanjalla menee taloudellisesti hyvin, mutta asuntorakentamista on ollut kysyntään nähden vähän jo 15 vuoden ajan.Se ajaa hintoja ylös ja varsinkin nuoria ulos markkinoilta.
