Natürlich weiß auch die Bundesregierung, dass das BVerfG die vollständige Leistungskürzung verboten hat. Man kann das bedauern. Aber so zu tun, als gäbe es die Entscheidung v. 5.11.2019 (1 BvL 7/16) nicht, ist handwerklich schlechte Gesetzgebung

1) All experts in the field say this is the wrong strategy. When Olaf Scholz was confronted with this in @lagedernation.org, he said he doesn't believe it and would want to discuss it with said experts (which he then probably never did). Really stunning arrogance & ignorance.

This remains imho the wrong strategy. Reform voters will always push for more. And Farage is justified when he keeps putting immigration at the centre of his campaign.
Labour needs to attack Farage where he is weak, instead of following his narratives.
