Smear the Bejaysus (for Catherine Connolly) They say she's wild for calling out the killing of the weak, for naming genocide aloud
in chambers cold and sleek. They call it reckless, rude, unwise, to grieve for Gaza's dead, and whisper she'd disgrace the State
by meaning what she said. They claim she'd bring the Áras down with candles, care, and song, that she would ask of Ireland still,
who's served and who's done wrong. They mutter she might shake the hand of refugees or knaves, and never bow to uniforms
that sanctify the graves. They'll smear the bejaysus out of her, for mercy is her crime, for daring to be decent now
in this unfeeling time. They'll sneer she's ruled by conscience yet, speaks truth before she's told, that her plain heart has no disguise,
but that's worth more than gold.

put-downs, never gave us an opportunity to give our side/thoughts and, as a result, we didn't thrive in their classes and we sure as hell didn't respect them. HH needs to stop talking/shouting AT people and start listening to their side/thoughts. She might actually learn something.

I couldn't put my finger on it until today.
CC reminds me of two teachers I had. They were firm, fair, could take us to task without ever raising their voices or belittling us, but they also listened to us so we respected them.
Other teachers flew off the handle over nothing, resorted to nasty 1/2

Rena, I was only trying to help. You were following the hashtag all day, I thought you may have seen it.
I didn't "bounce" onto a post - a mutual follower was in the thread. That's how this works.
If you'd looked at his account before going on the attack, you'd have seen that he's not like that.

It was a reference to Dubliners using "Bejaysis" and culchies (everyone outside of Dublin) using "Bejaysus." We've been having friendly slagging about the different hashtags all day. There's no offence there.
