Doing end year numbers and total we'll give this year between the 3% to good causes and 1% to staff on top of salary/bonus will be just shy of €76,000. We're a company of 6 people and whilst this is a drop in the ocean, if a big corporate adopted a similar financial model it'd make a big difference.

Not all disabilities are visible, but some that are visible are rarely seen, even in disability graphics: children & adults with severe/profound disabilities, like my 29 yo daughter, are not visible because they are few & mostly at home
