Can you imagine, they said they included Christine Jorgensen in order to AVOID being transphobic? Meanwhile, they've gone out of their way to purposefully tie the "true story" to all the movies that ran with transphobic narratives inspired by Ed Gein.

The idea Ed Gein could have inspired Psycho or Silence of the Lambs is entirely because of some unattributed, made up speculation from men high on patriarchy in the 50's, and it's so fucking disgusting and violently transmisogynistic that anyone is still trying to push that lie.

It’s… not okay, but it is what it is. He was in the hospital for something unrelated, and developed a hematoma that went septic and the doctors couldn’t save him.

Passed last night, found out through his partner today. It sucks. We JUST talked to him a few days ago :c
