Feds on the roof just threw teargas within a couple feet of me. Loud explosion. They seemingly threw it because a couple people were sitting on the little wall in front of the facility.

Fun fact about the Salvation Army: they use a form of substance use treatment called work therapy. Oh, and by treatment, I mean they have people who have been convicted of drug charges work for their stores & warehouses in exchange for room, board, around a $1 a week, and minimal actual therapy.

Federal agents in Portland shoved a protester to the ground and then fired pepper balls at another as they tried to help.

Safe to describe this as unnecessary force as they cleared the driveway.

There's a ghost bike by my house and a dude I find generally unpleasant was explaining to me that it was actually the fault of the young student in the bike lane that a driver struck and killed him with a goddamn truck. The excuses people make for drivers baffle me

I thought this image told a clear story, but people in the Facebook comments theorized that the cyclist who got hit by the truck must have run a stop sign and should have been in a bike lane anyway 🤦🏻‍♀️
