The alternative to old bungalows being torn down and replaced by a number of condos or townhomes that costs roughly the same is the old bungalow being torn down and replaced by a large house that costs 3x as much.
This is literally what happened before rezoning

i think so. but it seems to have just become more vibe based than socioeconomically based. if you like bus lanes you're a yuppie. even if bus lanes would help the working poor.

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.
