I will be watching every movie ever made. I think should take about a year.

This time of year can be hard for anyone who has lost a loved one named “Ima Goner”.

2. The Great Train Robbery (1903) - Arguably the first action movie with surprisingly high production values for its time. A guy throws a stuffed dummy off the train, usually guaranteeing a five star rating, but there is also square-dancing, so it loses a star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The famous final shot of The Great Train Robbery. A mustachioed train robber points a gun directly at the camera. Audiences would scream and faint, thinking they were shot by the giant scary man. Ushers were then sent in by management to take all their pocket money, putting the nick in Nickelodeon.

If you ever see Martin Scorsese, do NOT mention this movie, unless you want to hear him talk at you for an afternoon.

1. A Trip to the Moon (1902) - Gorgeous visuals and dope beards. I heard this was secretly made by Kubrick. When the dudes land on the moon, the first thing they do is take a nap: relatable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

#MSH45 | Richard Lasher
You've been at a job long enough to know a decent colleague to chat with.

The more you get to know them, the more they share. What's fact or fiction? You don't know, but you listen.

Then there's one story that's so over the top—a bona fide lie. But then, a photo appears.
A red Ford Pinto hatchback angles across a narrow gravel forest service road, a blue enduro motorcycle on a rear hitch carrier. Tall firs frame the view. Beyond them, a towering ash cloud from a pyroclastic density flow billows skyward. Photo by Richard Kent Lasher, May 18, 1980.

We’ve covered over 200 movies for the show, and this is absolutely one of my favorites now.

A group of girls headed to an elderly aunt’s haunted house are quickly consummed by the past. This cult classic is one of the strangest films we’ve covered, full of wild video effects and a guy who turns into a pile of bananas.
