Oh gods I have absolutely been there. I used to be 10000% ok with dental stuff and then had two horrible episodes and now I’m scared for life. I am so sorry that happened please rest and take your time and do what you have to to take care of yourself.

I miss when my body was able to do small things.

I’ve been thinking about how I could do cutout bats myself to stick on the walls, but the other day I was shredding paper by hand, and that “pinching” action when you hold down the paper to rip? Drove my hand crazy 🥲

I went to 7 different stores (with completely different candy selections) to see if I could find fun Halloween candy (that wasn’t just normal everyday tuttifrutty flavored) and I finally found some!!

These are: sour core, freeze sensation and fizzy center! I hope the kids like them 🥺✨

By "therapyspeak" I mean speaking like this: "This is the emotion I'm feeling, and feeling that emotion makes me want to act in a way"
