Alberta teachers were offered LESS than 3% raise per year for each of the next four years, after only receiving a TOTAL increase of 3.8% in the last six years while inflation was over 20%. The deal they were offered also doesn't deal with a core issue, insane class sizes.

I started giving my kid a fibre supplement twice a day. The fibre supplement is half a keto tortilla cut into chip shapes, warmed up and served with salsa. 10 grams of fibre per "dose". I'm a genius.

I'm so grateful. Finished a long breathwork session by Othership. Feeling grounded, and a lot of emotional release. Feeling a lot of gratitude. I finished and opened my eyes at just the right time and got to see a beautiful bedroom rainbow.
