I think I saw someone from the military post that they had received a paycheck but when they checked their stub (or whatever) their leave hours (I got the impression it would be equiv of vacation hours for civilians) had been decreased by that amount.

Ohio’s Sunshine Law applies to the Ohio Redistricting Commission.

It is a “public body” created by the state Constitution to perform a governmental function — drawing legislative and congressional district maps

Deliberations and negotiations over Congressional maps must take place in public
