Which one? Idk if you read the entire article, but my takeaways were 1) use a trusted brand 2) don't have protein powder every day 3) use plant based protein powder more sparingly (because plants just absorb more lead), and some brands have testing info on their website or will send it to you.
There was lead across the board, but I'm also not surprised that the brands with the least lead were the ones that have been around for 20 years and you can buy in a grocery store, and the brands with the most lead were the ones that became popular on TikTok seven minutes ago
I do think that when this is true there is more burden on the author to make it clear what the protagonist WANTS, as well as have them protag (in the sense of driving the action)
