Newest #watercolor #paleoart. Agressive Leptoceratops charges a T.rex with a threat display. This isn’t purely display, however, since a well placed chomp from that beak could do real damage to the much larger carnivore. Small hornless ceratopsians are overlooked too much. 🦖

Fix Your Hearts Or Die!

I'm transgender, I draw dinosaurs for a living, and I'm very tired and very angry.

I was hoping to finish this for #TransDayOfVisibility but alas I'm not going to make it. It should be finished in a day or two and then I'll have prints and stickers.

A work in progress illustration colored in blacks, grays, and red of a Dilophosaurus family feasting on the corpse of a Sarahsaurus. Blood is dripping from the mouth of the adult and its holding the heart of the disemboweled creature at its feet. Two juvenile Dilophosaurus are taking part in feasting on the corpse their parent killed. One of the babies has crawled into the empty chest cavity of the dead Sarahsaurus and made a little place to sit. Below the illustration is the text "Fix Your Heart Or Die" which is a reference to David Lynch's Twin Peaks.
