The thing with art is - and this goes for every art form - you've gotta be willing to screw up. You have to be okay with the idea that you spend hours & hours on something...and it sucks, or breaks before you're done.

They are kissing on the beach in shades of dark blue as dark stormy clouds roll over the darkened ocean, water dripping off of them, arms around each other. They're still in only their swim trunks, in the dark of the storm Daichi's appear purple the orange pattern still visible and Suga's are dark blue with a watermelon pattern.

Started writing fanfiction on a whim for Haikyuu 4 years ago. Gave me a community, a place to improve and hone my craft, and broke me out of a years long writing slump. Now I'm mere months away from publishing my first novel owed to the support this fandom has shown for me.

Hard to tell, but after the 7th or so account followed me I decided to just block everyone and delete it. I'll find someone somehow, probably through traditional word of mouth.

It was a good reminder as to why I don't really use social media to begin with, though.

It's... Rough to say the least. I was already struggling to trust people I was seeking out myself. I actually didnt expect any response to this and was hoping a couple of my mutuals would just point to me to their friends but eh we work with what we have.

I'm actually sketching up my own mock of the cover rn, and since both pieces would be relatively basic in terms of visual design, I'd provide the artist the full, detailed breakdown and work with them for any clarification needed at that point. Word limits on blsky makes it hard lol
